Pricing for Services

Our contract based pricing for Comprehensive Networking Services is dependent on the following two factors:

Network Environment:
Home, home office, or business; our determination of network environment will factor in the residential or commercial location of the network, the number of PCs on the network, and whether or not the network is Client/Server or Peer to Peer based. If a "business" network we will also consider the legal status of the business.

Payment Arrangement:
Preferred hourly or monthly fee structure (there will be discounts for clients who sign monthly contracts).

 

General Pricing is as follows:

1. Home Network ($25 hourly with contract for hourly service)
   • Residential Location
   • 1-3 PCs

    

2. Home Office / Biz Network ($40 hourly with contract for hourly service)
   • Sole Proprietor & Residential Location
   • 1-5 PCs

    

3. Small Biz Network (with contract for hourly or discounted monthly service)
   
   • Commercial Business Entity (Ex. Corp., Inc., Co., etc.)
   • 1-11 PCs
     • Peer to Peer based ($55 hourly or $400 monthly**)
     • Client / Server based ($70 hourly or $600 monthly**)
     • Recommended 8-12 hours a month for best service

      

4. Small/Midsize Biz Network (with contract for hourly or discounted monthly service)
   • Commercial Business Entity (Ex. Corp., Inc., Co., etc.)
   • 12-20 PCs
     • Peer to Peer based (not recommended and will not service)
     • Client / Server based ($85 hourly or $1000 monthly**)
     • Recommended 16 hours a month for best service

Notes:

Monthly** = 8 to 16 hours depending on your contract.  If during any month, service hours exceed your allotted contractual amount of 8 to 16, you will be billed at the hourly amounts stated above. If your business requires more than 16 hours a month, pricing is negotiable.

Initial network setup fees for our services may not be included in the above pricing; this heavily pertains to businesses that require new network implementation or significant network redesign. Our network setup prices are also below industry standard, however, we will match written price quotes from other reputable companies providing a similar service if necessary.

Clause for Non-Comprehensive Services and Non-Contractual Clients:
For any random "service calls" made to us by clients wanting us to address a specific need when one arises, our service fee will be $80 per hour. The hourly fee is increased because we prefer not to offer non-comprehensive and non-contractual services. Random "service calls" (to address one issue) do not allow us to provide our complete solution; servicing problems in this fashion can lead to bigger problems later.
